Position Overview

As the Sr. Procurement Analyst, you'll drive strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings, efficiency, and strong supplier performance. This role leads RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Working cross-functionally, this role aligns procurement strategies with business goals, enhances processes, and implements cost-reduction initiatives. The position also focuses on supplier relationship management, performance tracking through KPIs, and leveraging data analytics and spend analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with fleet management software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office Suite products.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize various operational demands effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a team-player attitude and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories to drive cost efficiency, quality, and supplier performance
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions
  • Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and supplier consolidation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business needs
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and innovation
  • Develop and execute supplier evaluation and performance metrics to track KPIs such as cost, quality, risk, and service levels
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, risk management, and corporate governance policies
  • Drive spend analyses, benchmarking, and strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve savings targets
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance and contractual obligations
  • Optimize procurement policies, procedures, and tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical sourcing practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to improve decision-making and procurement processes

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
