Full Job Description
This role is responsible for the improvement, efficiencies, and effectiveness of internal processes within the business unit. The Sr. Process Owner will own and manage multiple processes including implementation, documentation, communication, maintenance, and improvement of processes. Processes may include multiple stakeholders, impact external partners or vendors, internal teams, have a moderately complex technology component and be medium to high risk. Leads medium to large system and process remediations and contributes to efforts to enhance and refine staffing models. Partners with and backs-up others in the department as needed to meet department objectives and goals.

What you will do
  • Identifies opportunities and leads efforts to improve efficiencies/effectiveness as well as represents the department on various project teams, and/or Agile sprint activities including but not limited to product, staffing, technology and regulatory related initiatives.
  • Supporting the many changes happening in Workforce Benefits including assisting teams to be ready for the new ecosystem and other key processes as well as supporting teams to be ready for the new acquired book of business being onboarded in 2026 and 2027.
  • Coordinates and facilitates development and execution including implementation of changes that directly or indirectly impact the department. Coordinates system and process remediation efforts.
  • Reviews procedure updates for effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with others (Analysts, Management, etc.) in determining key performance indicators, and measuring and communicating business benefits.
  • Documents business requirements and participates in user testing to ensure desired results are displayed. Ensures business continuity.
  • Reviews deliverables, change requests, and decision requests to confirm business requirements are met, and issues are identified.
  • Partners with Tech Analysts and Engineers to troubleshoot issues and identify alternate solutioning.
  • Drives prioritization of defects, enhancements, and process improvement.

Compensation

Salary Range: $79,900 - $133,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs

Who you are
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Six Sigma or other professional certifications or designations appropriate and relevant for this role.
  • Group Benefits experience is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of cumulative, relevant experience.
  • High school diploma required.
