Qualifications

• Preferred certification in master molding for advanced expertise.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects and vendor relationships effectively.
• Technical proficiency in identifying root causes and developing corrective actions.
• Experience in conducting cost-benefit analysis to evaluate project viability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the process expert for the injection molding process, mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborate with project launch teams to facilitate the introduction of new product lines.
• Support vendor build events and provide feedback to ensure successful production start.
• Generate and evaluate continuous improvement project ideas with cost-benefit analysis.
• Oversee vendor installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and production standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality defects and inefficiencies in the injection molding process.
• Develop and implement long-term corrective actions based on analysis findings.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to identify and implement optimal solutions across departments.
