Workplace Type: HybridThe Sr. Principal, Finance Digital Technology Solutions is a strategic technology leader responsible for advancing Ingredion's global Finance Transformation roadmap. The position partners closely with Finance teams to deliver business value through technology innovation, global process standardization, ERP modernization, enterprise reporting, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integrations. The role serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, ensuring that digital investments align with Finance strategy and corporate growth objectives. This role reports to the Sr. Director and Digital Partner Global HR, Finance, and F&II LATAM
What you will do:- Collaborate with Finance, Integrated Global Services, Tax, Treasury and Digital Technology teams to define, prioritize, and advance the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN), and related Finance technologies.
- Drive global Finance Transformation initiatives, including process harmonization, reporting modernization, automation, and shared services enablement.
- Lead the Finance technology workstream for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and legal entity integrations, including ERP assessments, master data harmonization, reporting integration, data migration, and Day-1 readiness planning.
- Provide leadership for finance architecture, integrations, data governance, and enterprise reporting capabilities.
- Manage complex global programs through design, testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and optimization.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, audit, and internal control requirements.
What you will bring:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Deep expertise in Product Costing and with SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN), SAP ECC 6.0, S/4 Central Payments, Group Reporting, SAC, PaPM.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, collaboration and program delivery skills.
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integrations, including application rationalization, chart of accounts alignment, finance master data harmonization, reporting integration, and organizational transitions.
- Strong understanding of finance processes including Product Costing, General Ledger, Financial Close, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Consolidations.
- Experience with finance and enterprise applications such as einvoicing, Vertex, Trintech/Cadency, Esker, Concur and related integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware platforms, and data architecture.
- 10+ years of experience leading Finance Technology, ERP, or Digital Transformation initiatives.

Pay Range:$149,400.00-$199,200.00 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
