Position Summary

The Sr. PLC Application Engineer Lead serves as a technical authority-owning standards, complex logic, and mentoring for PLC teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define reusable code libraries and standards; review and approve complex PLC logic.
  • Lead troubleshooting and performance improvements during commissioning.
  • Coach engineers; plan training and capability development.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years PLC programming with deep Rockwell/Siemens expertise; leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in industrial networking and safety interlocks.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's in Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent experience.
