About the role:- Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
- Advise on people and organizational challenges across org design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and ER.
- Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions with clarity and empathy.
- Turn business needs and insights into practical solutions and actions that drive meaningful impact.
- Communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly and simply, enabling leaders to make informed decisions.
About you:- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR/PBP supporting business leaders.
- Strong judgment and ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges.
- Skilled coach and business partner who can build credibility, influence leaders, and navigate challenging conversations.
- Strong ownership and execution, with the ability to turn ambiguous needs into practical solutions and drive work through completion.
- Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions.
Nice to haves:- Experience supporting Engineering or other highly technical organizations.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
- Experience using people analytics to identify trends and inform organizational decisions.
- HR degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or related).
