  • You will support vendor operations by assisting with communications, reviewing reports, tracking issues, and following up on action items to ensure accurate sample fulfillment.
  • You will prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc sample analytics, including utilization, activation, shipments by channel, returns, and inventory metrics.
  • You will assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and leadership materials by compiling data, validating accuracy, and preparing presentation content.
  • You will coordinate and support field communications and content for meetings, huddles, newsletters, and leadership updates.
  • You will support Sample & PSS champion activities by assisting with scheduling, capturing meeting notes, preparing recaps, and organizing field feedback.

  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple recurring and ad hoc requests while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional communicator, skilled in supporting field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders through written updates, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Technically proficient, with experience using Excel, reporting tools, dashboards, and presentation software to compile, analyze, and share insights.
  • Collaborative and service-oriented, working effectively across cross-functional teams to support shared goals and evolving business needs.
  • Process-minded, able to follow documented workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to greater operational efficiency.
  • Relevant foundational experience (typically 1-3 years) in operations support, analytics, reporting, supply chain, patient services, or a related analytical or coordination role.
