Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to lead and deliver performance management solutions that enable organizations to plan, analyze, and optimize financial outcomes. In this role, you'll architect and implement Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premise modules, covering Planning, Budgeting, and Consolidation, tailored to the client's financial strategy.

You'll collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design scalable models, streamline reporting, and improve forecasting accuracy. The role demands a strong understanding of enterprise finance workflows, data integration, and Oracle EPM best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, including Planning, Budgeting, and Consolidation modules.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and translate business objectives into scalable Oracle EPM configurations.
  • Develop and manage business rules, calculation scripts, and automation workflows for performance optimization.
  • Integrate Oracle EPM with ERP, data warehouse, and reporting tools for seamless data flow.
  • Design data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis workflows.
  • Create and deliver custom dashboards and reporting solutions for executive visibility.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, apply patches and updates, and ensure platform stability.
