Job Description Summary

As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll lead a significant portion of our TA function, guiding Managers and senior recruiting professionals as they deliver talent for the business. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days working a req list. You'll own the talent acquisition strategy for your area, from sourcing channel mix and pipeline development to employer brand activation and the operating model that ties it all together, and you'll build the systems and team capability that make great recruiting repeatable at scale.

You'll report to the Senior Director, US Talent Acquisition, and you'll operate as a true business partner to functional leaders and HR leadership, advising on talent strategy, market dynamics, and hiring decisions at a level that shapes how the organization designs itself. You'll also drive our shift toward proactive talent acquisition, embedding a talent advisor mindset across your team so that recruiters show up as labor market analysts, career coaches, hiring strategists, and process change agents.

If you're energized by building teams, frameworks, and capability rather than simply filling roles, and you want to help transform how a Fortune 500 company finds and hires talent, keep reading.

Where You'll Work
