Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - US Corporate & CommercialJob Description SummaryAs Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll lead a significant portion of our TA function, guiding Managers and senior recruiting professionals as they deliver talent for the business. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days working a req list. You'll own the talent acquisition strategy for your area, from sourcing channel mix and pipeline development to employer brand activation and the operating model that ties it all together, and you'll build the systems and team capability that make great recruiting repeatable at scale.
You'll report to the Senior Director, US Talent Acquisition, and you'll operate as a true business partner to functional leaders and HR leadership, advising on talent strategy, market dynamics, and hiring decisions at a level that shapes how the organization designs itself. You'll also drive our shift toward proactive talent acquisition, embedding a talent advisor mindset across your team so that recruiters show up as labor market analysts, career coaches, hiring strategists, and process change agents.

Where You'll WorkThis role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters (Studio Park) several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do- Lead and develop a team of TA professionals, setting the standards, coaching performance, and building the bench of future recruiting leaders.
- Own the proactive talent acquisition strategy for your area, including sourcing channels, pipeline development, talent community building, and employer brand activation.
- Advise senior business and HR leaders on talent strategy, labor market dynamics, and hiring decisions, earning a seat at the table on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Lead TA business planning for your area, including headcount demand forecasting, recruiter capacity modeling, and alignment to workforce plans.
- Build the KPI frameworks, capability programs, and accountability structures that make consultative, data-driven recruiting the norm across your team.
- Identify systemic gaps in how the function operates, design solutions, and drive implementation through your leadership team.
- Develop team capability in advanced sourcing, business partnering, data literacy, inclusive hiring practices, and candidate experience design.
- Partner with Total Rewards on compensation strategy and offer competitiveness, bringing forward hiring market patterns that should inform comp decisions.
- Set standards for full utilization of TA technology and data-driven recruiting practices, and hold leaders accountable for translating tools into measurable outcomes.
- Establish vendor governance for your area, holding search firms and platform vendors accountable to defined performance standards and ROI.
- Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects spanning process re-engineering, technology implementation, and organizational capability.
- Represent QVC Group externally in industry forums, employer brand events, and senior recruiting networks, strengthening our market presence and talent pipelines.
- Step into a small number of high-priority or sensitive searches when your direct involvement adds real value.
What You Bring- 10+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in progressively senior TA management roles.
- Experience managing managers and leading recruiting teams through other leaders, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- A track record of driving TA transformation, whether shifting a team toward proactive sourcing, redesigning operating models, or building new capability at scale.
- Strong business partnering skills, with demonstrated credibility advising HR and senior business leaders on talent strategy.
- Fluency with recruiting data and analytics, and comfort using both to coach performance and influence decisions.
- Experience with TA technology, workforce planning, and organizational change.
