The ONECM Communications & Organizational Readiness Lead is accountable for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive executive-level communications, as well as ensuring enterprise-wide readiness for all ONECM-relatedwork. This role serves as the central hub for communication strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational preparedness—bridging product, training, and business teams to drive successful adoption.
Executive Communications & Strategy
Lead the development of all executive-level presentations and materials related to the ONECM program, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Enterprise Change Communications
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, including messaging, channels, cadence, and stakeholder targeting.
Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and proactively address them to ensure successful change adoption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Owners, Training, Reporting, Change Management, and other key stakeholders to align messaging, coordinating timelines, and deliverables.
Program Coordination & Governance
Organize and communicate key program activities, milestones, and updates acrossstakeholder, including executives.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
