Job SummaryThis position is responsible for driving value through leadership and business execution of projects related to Pharmacy strategy development, planning, and implementation to help drive growth, improve the affordability of our products and services, and react to shifting competitive trends and external forces in the Pharmacy space. This individual leads a team focused on execution of pharmacy strategy deliverables, participates in strategy development/planning, building execution plan, translating strategy as goals and operationalization for team.
Required Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment
- 3 years management experience
- Strategy Development/Planning/Implementation: Knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets; experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts.
- Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Ability to proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight.
- Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Ability to build strong connections with people and teams, drive results by working across the matrixed environment, and work directly with leadership with some oversight.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and visual channels.
- Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.
Preferred Job Qualifications: - Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, PharmD, MSN
- Experience in pharmacy value chain including medical drug
- Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy, product strategy, or business case development
- Experience in development and implementation of value creation/cost of care/affordability initiatives

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Base Pay Range$121,200.00 - $225,200.00
