Job Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with DDN VP of Sales, Marketing and Communications. In this role, the HR Partner will act as a strategic leader who drives talent and organizational strategy aligned with business goals and operational requirements. This role thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, building bridges across HR and business functions to deliver results at scale. The HRBP ensures clarity, accountability, and operational rigor in all HR programs, championing change management and organizational transformation.

The position will report to the DDN HRVP and collaborate heavily with DDN functional leaders, HRBP's and the broader HR ecosystem. This role presents an exciting opportunity to think and work globally within a complex environment to enable business outcomes through people and organizational initiatives. This position can be based remotely in the US.

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 13+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience serving as a Human Resources Business Partner or in an equivalent strategic HR role
  • Proven experience in HR business partner roles, preferably in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Strong operational rigor, with a track record of delivering results through others.
  • Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and talent development.
  • Exceptional business acumen and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience leading global HR initiatives and collaborating across diverse teams.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $145,600 - $181,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
