Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and high impact Consulting Principal to be part of our Media Entertainment practice. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to CXO suites of broadcasters streaming platforms publishers and ad supported content businesses navigating the rapidly evolving landscape

The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise across the AdTech ecosystem SSPs DSPs ad exchanges ad servers SSAI and identity infrastructure combined with a proven track record of guiding global media organizations through ad platform consolidation and AVODFAST monetization strategies. You aren't just selling services you are architecting how the next generation of advertising is bought delivered measured and monetized across screens

Key Responsibilities
Design transformation blueprints that align ad operations revenue teams data and technology capabilities to scale ad supported business models across linear digital and CTV
Ensure ad experiences prioritize viewer quality brand safety and frequency control maintaining a consumer first approach across all monetization touchpoints
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AdTech programs ad server migrations SSPDSP integrations identity and consent rollouts to ensure strategic goals are met on time within budget and at global scale
Serve as the primary point of contact for Business and IT CXOs and Heads of Ad Sales Yield and Ad Operations effectively bridging the gap between revenue strategy and technical execution
Translate complex AdTech roadmaps into compelling business narratives that quantify incremental yield fill rate gains CPM uplift and long-term enterprise value
Audit and evaluate fragmented advertising ecosystems multiple ad servers SSPs DMPs measurement vendors to design consolidation strategies that reduce technical debt AdTech tax and operational silos
Lead the AdTech workstream in merger and acquisition MA scenarios ensuring seamless integration of disparate ad platforms audience data deal libraries and revenue workflows
Identify and advocate for opportunities to infuse AI and Generative AI across the advertising value chain audience modeling contextual targeting creative personalization fraud detection and forecasting to optimize yield and enhance relevance
Govern the ethical and privacy compliant implementation of identity addressability and AIdriven advertising to ensure regulatory alignment GDPR CCPA DPDP and sustained data integrity

Functional Technology Expertise
Programmatic Ad Platform Architecture Design and optimize end-to-end programmatic stacks across SSPs DSPs ad exchanges ad servers and header bidding PAPI to maximize yield and demand diversification
AVOD FAST Hybrid Addressable TV Monetization Architect monetization strategies across ad-supported streaming FAST channels hybrid SVODAVOD tiers and addressable linear and CTV inventory
Measurement Attribution Brand Safety Drive cross-platform measurement MMMMTA viewability IVT detection and brand safety frameworks aligned to MRC IAB Tech Lab and TAG standards
ME AdTech Stack Mastery Demonstrate deep knowledge of leading platforms Google Ad Manager FreeWheel Magnite PubMatic The Trade Desk Xandr Yospace LiveRamp along with IAB standards

Required Qualifications
Experience 15 years in management consulting or professional services with 8 years focused specifically on AdTech and advertising monetization within the Media Entertainment sector
Education MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution is preferred
Leadership Proven ability to lead high-performing & cross-functional teams across consulting ad operations engineering and revenue and to manage a multi-million dollar portfolio of advertising transformation engagements

Communication Exceptional storytelling skills the ability to simplify complex AdTech architectures and influence ad sales marketing and technology stakeholders at the highest levels of an organization
