Duties and Essential Functions
• Measurably increase lead generation across all companies and channels
• Develop a scalable demand generation engine that improves customer acquisition cost over time
• Drive meaningful revenue growth from our existing customer base through upsell and cross-selling of adjacent services
• Design the target operating model that makes our companies better at winning and keeping customers
• Build the foundations of a marketing team and function that can scale with the US market
• Improve conversion through the sales funnel across all channels
• Implement tools and technologies that create value and efficiencies amongst our operating companies

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required lift objects up to 25 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company
Travel
Some travel will be require to attend company sponsored meetings and trainings.
Required Education and Experience
• 7+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience with a strong track record in demand generation and growth marketing
• You understand that agentic AI represents a fundamental shift in how marketing operates and lead by example by actively applying it across all marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience building a marketing strategy from the ground up and defining the approach, aligning stakeholders, and seeing it through to execution
• Clear understanding of how to drive growth from new and existing customer channels
• Comfort owning and optimizing a marketing tech stack to drive efficiency and visibility
