Sr. Brand Marketing Manager

Permanent - Full-Time

The team

The Marketing team is responsible for developing and deploying global go-to-market strategies for AAA titles, working closely with development, production, and external partners. The team ensures consistent and impactful brand positioning across all touchpoints to maximize visibility and commercial performance.
Operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment, the team plays a key role in the success of international launches and in managing the full product lifecycle.

What you will do
  • Contribute to the development and execution of global launch plans to maximize brand awareness, visibility, and profitability;
  • Define brand positioning, target audiences, and key messaging;
  • Support the communication strategy with PR and Community teams, including events, channels, and content distribution;
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing assets, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies on campaign development and optimization;
  • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance using key metrics;
  • Ensure alignment with development teams to maintain brand vision and meet marketing and business objectives;


What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry;
  • Proven experience launching video games, including at least one AAA title with an international campaign;
