Responsibilities
  • Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability

  • Salary: $125,712 - $157,140 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:  

  • This role will identify, develop and implement capital expenditure projects to enhance safety, quality and productivity as the Sr. Manufacturing Manager 

  • The Sr. Manufacturing Operations Manager develops and executes one-year and three-year business plans supporting the company and local market objectives

  • You will translate manufacturing plant goals to the manufacturing team ensuring alignment on relevant performance data and maximization on supply chain performance

  • The Sr. Manufacturing Manager represents the company and its interests in the community with environmentally responsible manufacturing operations

  • This position ensures the service requirements of internal and external customers are met and compliant with company specifications

  • Additionally, you will review business results to maximize supply chain performance and sustain a long-term vision through process improvement 

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s degree
