Direct Hire, Hybrid Schedule,Senior Manufacturing Cost Accountant in
Taylor, TX. As a
Sr. Manufacturing Cost Accountant, you will:
- Lead product costing and inventory valuation activities.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and investigate cost variances.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve profitability and cost visibility.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Assist with physical inventory and cycle count programs.
- Develop reporting and provide financial insights to plant leadership.
- Support ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
This is a
full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Background supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $105,000 annually. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
