  • Manage a multi-disciplinary team of wealth advisors, banking and tax professionals, and trust experts delivering bespoke Family Office solutions to complex UHNW families.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that support business unit goals and drive market growth, including emerging and expansion markets.
  • Oversee financial planning, pricing strategies, and capital/expense budgeting.
  • Champion client service excellence, monitor retention and relationship expansion, and personally address complex or sensitive client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, set sales goals, and participate in strategic presentations and acquisition initiatives.
  • Resolve highly complex business challenges using advanced critical thinking and commercial insight.

Leadership & Strategic Impact
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and career development.
  • Apply broad industry knowledge and functional expertise to drive long-term planning and profitability.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with senior leaders across the organization to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant industry certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in wealth management or related financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead through subordinate managers and develop long-term functional strategies.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large teams and complex business segments.
