SR. MANAGER, VISUAL MERCHANDISING

Visual/Retail Admin | Dallas Office/Remote | Full-Time

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the District Manager, the Sr. Manager of Visual Merchandising sets the visual strategy for every Lucchese store - from window presentations and planograms to new store openings and seasonal launches. You'll partner with Product, Brand, and District leaders to translate our brand vision into floor-ready execution that drives sales and elevates the guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create, develop, and implement all visual merchandising programs, and lead the design of in-store displays that support sales objectives
  • Set directions for product presentation, restock, destock, and visual changes in partnership with the Visual Manager
  • Create, maintain, and communicate planograms that guide consistent product placement and layout across all retail locations
  • Lead, train, and develop Visual Merchandising specialists across districts, with weekly 1:1s and monthly team meetings
  • Partner with the Facilities Manager on visual strategy for new store openings
  • Use sales and reporting data to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships and oversee visual merchandising budgets and timelines
  • Travel to stores and events to guide, train, and assess visual execution against brand standards


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or a related field
  • Excellent visual merchandising execution with a strong eye for brand storytelling
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a distributed team
  • Strong budget and project management skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%) and work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed


THE DETAILS

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40-55 hours/week), plus weekends as needed

Travel: Up to 70% to stores and events

Physical: Extended periods on your feet, lifting, and bending; ability to lift up to 50 lbs at times
