  • SAP System Expertise & Optimization: Serve as a key SAP user and subject matter expert (primarily in modules such as JVA - Joint Venture Accounting, PRA - Production Revenue Accounting, and FI/CO). Drive system enhancements, configuration improvements, and integration projects to streamline upstream accounting workflows.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals (senior accountants, analysts, and specialists). Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze upstream financial reports, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reports for management and external stakeholders. Support quarterly/annual financial close processes and audit requirements.
