The role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead financial data management, reporting, and analytics across the Technology portfolio. This role delivers accurate, timely, and well-controlled insights that enable Chief Information Officers (CIOs onwards) and Finance partners to strengthen governance, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. As a proactive people leader, you will guide a cross-functional analytics team to serve as a trusted source of portfolio financial insights for key stakeholders, CIOs, and senior leaders.

What will you do?

Financial Reporting & Governance:
  • Own end-to-end CIO financial reporting across portfolios, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, timely, and decision ready.
  • Oversee reconciliation across SIP reporting, funding envelopes, and CIO portfolio views.

Data, Tools & Automation:
  • Govern and enhance financial data extracts, reporting tools, and automation solutions using advanced Excel, CA PPM, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Dashboards & Insights:
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that transform portfolio financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Stakeholder Partnership & Team Enablement:
  • Partner with Enterprise Delivery Office CIO Representatives, Finance, and other stakeholders to align reporting needs, resolve data issues, and improve reporting outcomes.
  • Lead and develop team capability by setting standards, sharing knowledge, and strengthening collaboration across immediate and extended teams.

Role Dimensions:

  • CIO reporting on strategic investment portfolios supporting multi-region stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Business, Risk, Finance, and Operations
  • Portfolio budgets typically up to ~$1BB
  • Finance, EDO CIO Reps, Vendor and consulting support
  • Oversight of multiple concurrent reporting priorities and workstreams
  • Delivery of technology modernization and transformation initiatives
  • Adherence to enterprise governance, audit, and regulatory controls


What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, or Finance related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or data science, with experience structuring, validating, and translating complex financial data into trusted reporting outputs.
  • Strong experience in finance reporting, including financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliation, and executive reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and array formulas, PowerPoint, and Power BI expertise.
  • Experience with Alteryx for data preparation, workflow automation, and financial reporting analytics is a strong asset.
  • Experience with CA Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
