Minimum Qualifications:- 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:- Proven experience in FP&A or a closely related finance function.
- Strong experience with G&A financial planning, including headcount and operating expense management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to develop insights from complex financial information.
- Experience preparing financial analyses and presentations for senior executives is preferred.
- Experience establishing scalable financial reporting, planning processes, or operating standards across a global organization is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and business-partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
- Demonstrated people leadership and team-development capabilities.
Additional Responsibilities- Build and manage financial plans for G&A headcount and operating expenses, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.
- Analyze monthly performance and key variance drivers to assess implications for future financial outlooks and decisions.
- Develop clear, executive-ready presentations and financial insights to support senior leaders and CEO staff in decision-making.
- Establish and maintain global standards for OPEX and headcount tracking, reporting, and financial management.
- Develop and improve infrastructure, tools, and processes that enable scalable and efficient headcount and OPEX management.
- Translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights, implications, and recommendations for leadership.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of 2-3 analysts.
