What is the opportunity?

As the Senior Manager of Strategy & Governance, you play a key role in ensuring the operational effectiveness of the T&O Investment Review Board and the CIO Navigator Program, in accordance with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

In this role you will become a subject matter expert in the T&O PAR process, working with stakeholders and planning teams to develop informative, robust business plans that address technical requirements and financial analysis. This includes regular monitoring and reporting, advising on requirements and scheduling and preparing teams for executive review.

As the lead for the CIO Navigator Program, you will work with a high level of initiative and motivation acting as a strategic enabler, identifying and bringing together relevant business initiatives with the needs of T&O app dev leaders.

What will you do?
  • Lead governance for T&O IRB meetings which includes (but is not limited to): forward planning, setting agendas, coordinating presenters, preparing executive summaries and recommendations, tracking and following up action items
  • Ensure timely distribution of materials to the T&O IRB
  • Build strong relationships with multiple internal stakeholders including senior management and technology leaders
  • Identify trends and translate into sustainable strategic insights and recommendations to support T&O IRB, applying expertise and creative thinking to address unique or ambiguous situations
  • Drive the strategic evolution of the T&O IRB by executing on its core mandate, making targeted recommendations to strengthen the forum's challenge function, and enabling substantive strategic discussions that inform investment prioritization
  • Partner with PAR teams to strengthen investment business cases, ensuring they articulate compelling value propositions, risk mitigation strategies, and measurable outcomes that inform executive-level capital allocation decisions
  • Lead the CIO Navigators program as a strategic enabler, fostering structured dialogue between T&O leaders to identify emerging opportunities, align priorities, and accelerate cross-functional decision-making
  • Design and facilitate high-impact CIO Navigator forums and targeted sessions, curating forward-looking agendas that address critical T&O strategic priorities while delivering actionable insights for senior business stakeholders
  • Conduct independent research, analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues or challenges


What do you need to succeed?

Must have:
  • 5-7+ years' experience in business, project management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financials, investment processes, and EDS
  • Self-starter, highly flexible, and detail-oriented, with ability to cope with changing priorities and multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and teams
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional planning, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Nice to have:
  • A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with experience delivering presentations to large audiences and senior leaders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
