Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE: The Senior Manager of Programs & Projects is a key operational leader within the Strategic Innovation organization, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across assigned workstreams. This role helps ensure that product workstreams—spanning wellness applications, distributor enablement platforms, and data & testing ecosystems—are effectively tracked, prioritized, and progressed in alignment with Herbalife's strategy to become the world's premier wellness company, community, and platform.This role works closely with cross-functional partners across product, technology, marketing, operations, and regional teams—bringing structure, clarity, and execution rigor to complex programs. The Senior Manager is a strong hands-on operator who ensures timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are proactively handled and calls out risks and blockers to senior leadership as appropriate.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:•    Support end-to-end program management across multiple strategic innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined priorities•    Help translate strategy into executable roadmaps across product lines (Wellness App, Distributor Enablement, Data & Testing)•    Serve as a coordination point across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams•    Lead program timelines, landmarks, deliverables, and interdependencies across concurrent initiatives•    Identify risks, resolve day-to-day blockers, and raise critical issues to leadership to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery•    Support and maintain program governance, reporting cadence, and decision-making frameworks established by senior leadership•    Provide clear and consistent communication on program status, risks, and key decisions to relevant collaborators•    Assist in driving global and regional alignment, balancing consistency with localization needs•    Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and frameworks•    Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: 

Education•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience•    7+ years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, consulting, or related roles.•    Proven ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed, and fast-moving environments under the direction of senior leaders.•    Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills.•    Good business judgment with attention to discretion and confidentiality.•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.•    Thorough, analytical, and passionate about following clear procedures.•    Effective relationship builder who can influence through trust and partnership.•    Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.

Skills/Certifications•    Proven ability to support the design and execution of complex program roadmaps, contributing to on-time delivery of key landmarks across multiple workstreams.•    Strong program coordination and planning skills, with experience tracking roadmap adherence and flagging deviations to leadership for re-alignment.•    Validated capability to facilitate cross-functional coordination, building working relationships and shared accountability among Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams.•    Experience identifying and leading project risks and dependencies to reduce delays and support predictable delivery.•    Familiarity with accelerating speed to market for digital products and features, including agile/iterative ways of working and test-and-learn approaches.•    Experience supporting the adoption of new platforms and tools (e.g., customer- or distributor-facing applications) through change management, enablement, and communication activities.•    Solid analytical and operational approach, with the ability to track and improve efficiency metrics (e.g., cycle times, resource utilization, and process bottlenecks).•    Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to keep collaborators informed through concise updates and reliable delivery.•    Ability to apply program frameworks, standards, and playbooks consistently across regions, markets, and cross-functional teams.•    Systems-level problem solver who can connect program activities to broader business outcomes and help define and monitor relevant KPIs.
