Your Opportunity

The Reference Data Platform (RDP) requires a Senior Manager, Software Development & Engineering Senior role to ensure continuity and stability of the existing platform while supporting the transition to a distributed Postgres architecture. This role is critical to mitigating operational risk by bridging legacy mainframe and modern systems, ensuring business rule integrity during migration. This senior technical resource will play a pivotal role in modernization efforts by advancing automation using AI and large-scale validation capabilities, leading critical incident management, and providing technical leadership across onshore and offshore teams to sustain platform stability and drive efficient operations.

Postgres architecture Bridge legacy mainframe and modern systems, ensuring accurate carryover of business rules

Develop and drive data validation strategies between DB2 and Postgres to mitigate migration riskLead critical incident management (war rooms), ensuring rapid resolution and operational stabilityOptimize batch processing and implement automation for large-scale data validation and reconciliationProvide technical leadership and guidance to onshore and offshore teams, including production supportDrive operational efficiency and support ongoing modernization initiatives
