What Drives Success

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Leader to oversee and elevate all aspects of Product Management within Duro Dyne on Long Island. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy, development, and execution to align with business objectives and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will build, guide, and elevate the product function to modern standards while partnering closely with Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Category Leadership
  • Own and lead the full product lifecycle, including product and category management
  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals
  • Drive pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimization

Engineering & R&D Oversight
  • Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to lead projects that drive innovation and execution
  • Support and accelerate new product development initiatives
  • Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs

Data Management & Reporting
  • Establish robust reporting frameworks
  • Leverage analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance
  • Track KPIs related to product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction

Quality, Compliance & Customer Satisfaction
  • Lead quality control and inspection processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure go-to-market alignment
  • Support technical sales efforts and customer engagement strategies
  • Act as a key partner to the Senior Operations Leader (peer-level collaboration)

Organizational Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team
  • Professionalize the product function using modern best practices
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for project-based work


What We Are Looking For

Required
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on execution and customer outcomes
  • Experience leading complex projects and product initiatives

Preferred
  • Experience in HVAC or related technical/industrial industries (preferred but not required)
  • Engineering background or strong technical aptitude
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) and/or MBA
  • Experience in:
    • Quality Control & Inspection
    • CAD / Product Development
    • Technical Sales

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $143,200-187,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for a 15% annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
