This role reports to the Regional Inside Sales Leader and leads a team of approximately 8 sellers.
What drives success:- Lead a team of Regional Sales Representatives to achieve district sales goals.
- Lead daily inside sales activities and team execution.
- Engage key accounts and guide account plans.
- Manage pricing decisions and district pricing policies.
- Maintain builder and competitive pricing agreements.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and update leadership.
- Coach performance and develop inside sales talent.
- Use metrics to shape sales plans and decisions.
- Hire and onboard new inside sales representatives.
- Set clear individual and team goals.
What We Are Looking For- B2B sales experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years related experience, including 2+ years in management.
- Ability to lead teams and optimize performance.
- Strong relationship-building, listening, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Customer service mindset with strong needs-assessment skills.
- Commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, ACD, sales engagement, and CRM tools.
What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role in this market is $104,800 to $137,550annually. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 65% base salary and 35% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure for performance exceeding 100% across three categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography and market, as well as the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
