Are you a proven B2B sales leader who enjoys coaching others, building strong customer relationships, and using data to drive growth? This Inside Sales Manager opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is ready to lead a team of Regional Sales Representatives while helping shape account strategy, customer engagement, and sales performance across a defined district. This role reports to the Regional Inside Sales Leader and leads a team of approximately 8 sellers.

What drives success:
  • Lead a team of Regional Sales Representatives to achieve district sales goals.
  • Lead daily inside sales activities and team execution.
  • Engage key accounts and guide account plans.
  • Manage pricing decisions and district pricing policies.
  • Maintain builder and competitive pricing agreements.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and update leadership.
  • Coach performance and develop inside sales talent.
  • Use metrics to shape sales plans and decisions.
  • Hire and onboard new inside sales representatives.
  • Set clear individual and team goals.


What We Are Looking For

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role in this market is $104,800 to $137,550annually. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 65% base salary and 35% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure for performance exceeding 100% across three categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over-quota achievements increase. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography and market, as well as the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
