You'll get to:
- Support Supply Chain strategic and transformational initiatives by extending the team's analytical capabilities
- Oversee multiple cross-functional, high-visibility projects with many stakeholders and minimal oversight.
- Participate in business requirements sessions, proactively anticipating stakeholder needs and aligning analytics solutions with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach other analysts and their domains, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Break down requirements for assigned team members and contractors, ensuring priorities are met across multiple projects.
- Help define improvement roadmaps along with Functions Experts and IT to improve data availability and quality
- Enhance existing processes and standards to handle exceptions and improve efficiency.
- Supervise external teams for data integrations and BI reporting solutions.
- Develop data extraction and transformation jobs, with guidance from peers, leads, or managers as needed.
- Lead development of improved visibility and more streamlined operations by enabling data driven decisions
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support Supply Chain Analytics Management team
- Lead the development of innovative and compelling dashboards and visuals to highlight insights and support business decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data modeling, data visualization tools, or data harmonization.
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience with advanced statistics, machine learning, and data science techniques.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
- Experience supporting BI reporting and analytics development by contractors.
- Proficiency in data pipelines and design processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Hive, Python, and MS Office.
- Kinaxis experience preferred.
- Initiative-taking and willingness to overcome challenges.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Business and financial acumen - In-depth understanding of Industrial & Durable operating model, businesses and supply chains.
- Ability to translate business needs to analytical requirements and insights.
- Able to evaluate scenarios and implications of complex decisions and how to leverage key stakeholders to drive fast, efficient and effective business process and results.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and can pull relevant components out of complex situations to make sound decisions
- Excellent organization, personnel management, and matrix management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with people at all levels and backgrounds.
- Experience coaching and mentoring analysts and overseeing contractors.

The Salary range for this position is $115,800.00 - $199,800.00
