The role will support compliant and efficient execution of HCP and patient speaker programs, speaker training, advisory boards, and individual consulting engagements across brands.

Reporting to the Associate Director, P2P Operations, this individual contributor will provide operational oversight across the engagement lifecycle, including approvals, screening, contracting, vendor coordination, reporting, monitoring, training, and compliance support. How you will contribute:

• Provide guidance on Takeda policies, SOPs, compliance standards, privacy requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external PE vendors, agencies, and service providers.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, help prioritize initiatives based on business needs and volume, and establish alignment among stakeholders with competing objectives.
• Identify potential issues, assess critical situations, and drive timely, methodical resolution.
• Lead communication and change management activities to support adoption of new processes, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Represent Professional Engagements on special projects and cross-functional initiatives affecting business processes, systems, or stakeholder experience.
• Manage reporting, monitoring outputs, dashboards, and business tools that inform decision-making and measure operational efficiency.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and translate complex operational information into clear, actionable insights.
• Maintain and enhance centralized resource repositories, including SharePoint and Teams sites, FAQs, work instructions, training materials, and other process documentation.
• Serve as a first-tier support resource for operational and system questions related to FFS engagement activities.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and participating in implementation efforts that improve efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Develop or support training resources that reinforce compliant behaviors and consistent execution across Brand teams.
• Independently manage multiple projects and priorities, communicate risks and potential conflicts, and deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise as an informal resource, without direct people-management responsibility.

  • Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment, including familiarity with compliance, privacy, CIA, and applicable state and federal requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and drive alignment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as CRM, event management, reporting, collaboration, and database systems.

Preferred:
