Job DescriptionAs the
Launch Program Manager for the joint USBU and OBU DD&T, you will report into the Head of Portfolio Strategy and Operational Excellence. In this role, you will be accountable for program management across new product launch efforts from the data, digital and technology perspective - focusing primarily on cross-functional program management of data & insights, sales & field, marketing & digital, and medical & patient services capability workstreams. You will serve as an ongoing PMO function coordinating across the various DD&T capability areas to manage the overall DD&T launch workstream. You will also represent the DD&T program as an integrated part of the product's Core Launch Team, in partnership with the DD&T business head.
SCOPE - USBU and OBU Product Launches: Use existing technology platforms and capabilities to support upcoming launches, and coordinate any new capabilities needed for a successful therapy launch.
- Launch Program Management: Provide DD&T program management leadership across the capability workstreams, ensuring interdependencies are identified, risks are escalated, and status is transparent for both DD&T leadership and business stakeholders.
ACCOUNTABILITIES - Establish the cross-functional DD&T Workstream and associated launch program plan to manage interdependencies across workstreams, identify and escalate risks, monitor program status and ensure communication of overall DD&T launch plan.
- Collaborate with Brand Core Launch Team to deliver the DD&T launch plan in support of the product's commercial launch by working closely with business program management, brand team, DD&T business lead, project managers, scrum masters, architects and solution delivery teams, ultimately to ensure DD&T launch readiness.
- Work with core launch team to identify the requirements for DD&T capabilities to support successful product commercialization.
- Partner with technology product managers(s) and DD&T capability leaders to inform DD&T launch program status and proactively identify risks, dependencies, or delays to the plan.
- Organize and execute DD&T launch planning sessions, workstream meetings, retrospectives, with a focus on close collaboration across the DD&T launch team, continuous learning from the past and documenting key learnings and best practices in the DD&T product launch playbook.
- Find opportunities to embrace innovative technologies and processes
- Foster and enable an environment of continuous improvement through honest communication and regular retrospectives with the goal of raising issues/concerns, documenting key learnings and identifying clear action steps.
- Support DD&T Business Lead in development and ongoing operation of Launch PMO function for all DD&T launch activities.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: - Bachelor's Degree is required
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, 3+ yrs in project or program management
- Proven competences in innovation, strategic or visionary thinking, agile methodologies, and people management.
- Proven competences in stakeholder alignment, business need analysis, and customer/results focus.
- Prior experience working with and managing third-party service providers preferred.
- Experience directly & routinely interacting with a business unit brand and operational colleagues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to building trust, listen, and ask effective questions.
- Interest in technology trends and application of technology to improve end user's experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or proficient in project management practices, portfolio review, finance and budgeting.
- Proven track record of effective project leadership and positive results.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Experience with US Pharmaceutical digital and field force HCP and Consumer engagement strategies, technologies, and data.

U.S. Base Salary Range:$137,000.00 - $215,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
