Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting; Master's preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive finance experience, especially in commercial and operations contexts.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with a history of career advancement.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred, with additional preference for hardware service environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS or ARR business models is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and financial applications like Oracle or Hyperion.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a multi-location organization, with cultural adaptability required.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to once a month.
