Full Job Description
  • Drive seller acquisition for assigned segments by identifying high-potential merchants and executing onboarding and engagement programs that grow active sellers and assortment.
  • Own segment-level performance against GMV, active-seller, and operational targets, contributing to the Marketplace P&L and reporting results to senior leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day marketplace operations - listing quality, seller support workflows, and performance monitoring - to ensure a competitive and scalable experience.
  • Build and nurture seller relationships, using data to expand assortment, improve sell-through, and lift the performance of strategic and high-potential sellers.
  • Support partnership and commercial discussions, preparing analysis and recommendations and negotiating standard terms within approved guidelines.
  • Implement and improve processes for partner onboarding, support, and performance tracking, raising operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to execute growth initiatives and remove blockers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketplace specialists and associates, setting clear goals and building a data-driven, accountable culture.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, business development, category management, or platform operations.
  • Track record of owning measurable growth or operational targets and delivering results.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with comfort using data to drive decisions and report on performance.
  • Solid understanding of online marketplace ecosystems, seller engagement, and platform operations.

Preferred
  • MBA or equivalent advanced training.
