About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Senior Manager to join our team at our [LOCATION]. As a Warehouse Senior Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end distribution center performance, ensuring safe operations, high service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective execution while driving strategic improvements in throughput, labor productivity, and network efficiency.
This role requires you to be onsite in [LOCATION] four days per week, providing hands-on leadership, close collaboration with cross-functional partners, and daily visibility to warehouse operations that directly support customer service and business growth.

Compensation

Salary Range: $105,000-125,000

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)
  • Lead and develop warehouse leadership teams to drive accountability, performance, and engagement across all shifts.
  • Own end-to-end distribution center performance, including safety, service, cost control, throughput, and inventory accuracy.
  • Optimize labor productivity and operational efficiency through effective use of WMS and labor management systems.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, reconciliation, and product availability while minimizing excess, aging, and loss.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence (OSHA, DOT, FDA) through audits, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving warehouse layout, workflows, and material handling systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, IT, and Operations to deliver high-quality service to customers.
