Full Job Description
We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns & ABX to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth.

This role will own both broad-based demand generation campaigns and highly targeted Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs designed to engage priority accounts and buying groups. Working across Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you'll create coordinated multi-channel programs that deliver measurable business impact across every stage of the buyer journey.

The ideal candidate combines strong campaign strategy, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven mindset with hands-on execution expertise. You'll play a critical role in scaling our growth engine and ensuring our go-to-market teams are aligned around integrated campaign execution and account engagement.

What You'll be Doing

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue.
  • Build campaign plans spanning digital, content, webinars, events, email, social, partner, and outbound channels.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging, launches, industry priorities, and thought leadership into high-impact campaigns.
  • Own campaign calendars, timelines, execution plans, and performance measurement across the organization.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights, market trends, and business priorities.

ABX Strategy & Account Engagement
  • Lead the development and execution of ABX programs focused on strategic target accounts and buying groups.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and SDR teams to identify target account segments, engagement strategies, and campaign priorities.
  • Create personalized account journeys leveraging digital channels, content, events, executive engagement, and sales plays.
  • Drive alignment between marketing and sales around account engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue outcomes.
  • Measure account-level engagement, buying group penetration, pipeline influence, and account progression through the funnel.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Revenue Operations, Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to develop coordinated campaign strategies.
  • Ensure campaign messaging, targeting, and execution are aligned across all customer-facing teams.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to establish campaign infrastructure, reporting frameworks, and attribution models.
  • Support executive visibility through regular campaign performance reviews and strategic recommendations.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Define campaign KPIs and success metrics tied to pipeline generation, account engagement, opportunity creation, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance and buyer engagement trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor funnel conversion, campaign influence, and account progression metrics to improve effectiveness.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting business impact and recommendations for future investment.

Process & Program Development
  • Establish scalable campaign planning and execution processes.
  • Develop repeatable ABX frameworks and playbooks that can be expanded across segments and regions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, audience targeting, personalization, and performance.
  • Drive operational excellence across campaign management, execution, and measurement.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Hands-on experience building and scaling ABM/ABX programs targeting enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing including email, webinars, paid media, content syndication, events, social, and outbound sales engagement.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales organizations to align marketing campaigns with account and revenue goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
