Lead strategic growth in high-voltage interconnect solutions with Teledyne Reynolds! For over 60 years, we've delivered the highest quality products for defense, aerospace, medical, energy, and space industries. What you'll do
  • Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports across a cross-functional group
  • Manage internal sales targets and drive results to meet revenue goals
  • Manage customer service and costing processes
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities and protect incumbent base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
  • Assist with developing presentations for major customers and prospects
  • Utilize data analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements
  • Define and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to leadership
  • Travel up to 25%

Salary Range:
$120,300.00-$160,400.000
