What you'll do- Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports across a cross-functional group
- Manage internal sales targets and drive results to meet revenue goals
- Manage customer service and costing processes
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities and protect incumbent base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Assist with developing presentations for major customers and prospects
- Utilize data analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements
- Define and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to leadership
- Travel up to 25%
What you need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations leadership (required)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset (required)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills (required)
- Experience with CRM/ERP tools and advanced Excel skills (required)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (required)
- MBA (advantage)
- Familiarity with electronics assembly processes (advantage)
Salary Range: $120,300.00-$160,400.000
