  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical identity-related incidents and coordinate cross-team response
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation balancing operational support demands with strategic project work
  • Maintain and improve operational runbooks, incident response procedures, and knowledge documentation
  • Define and govern the operating model for Identity Services including team structure, escalation paths, and capacity strategy

Technical Leadership
  • Provide subject matter expertise across Active Directory, Okta, Adaxes, PAM solutions, and MFA and hardware key implementations
  • Guide architectural decisions for identity infrastructure aligned with Zero Trust principles
  • Set the multi-year technical vision for identity infrastructure, influencing investment decisions and build vs. buy evaluations
  • Champion least privilege access, just-in-time provisioning, and robust privileged access management
  • Oversee compliance and audit readiness supporting PCI-DSS and other regulatory requirements
  • Drive automation and IaC adoption to improve efficiency, consistency, and security of identity operations

Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of IAM engineers fostering psychological safety, continuous learning, and technical excellence
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
  • Build succession plans and identify high-potential engineers for growth into lead and management roles
  • Drive org-level hiring strategy and headcount planning in partnership with senior leadership and HR

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with Infrastructure Security Engineering and Information Security on enterprise identity initiatives and cross-org security programs
  • Serve as the primary voice of Identity Services to VP and C-level stakeholders in cross-org forums and executive reviews
  • Drive remediation of identity-related findings from audits, assessments, and security reviews
  • Influence enterprise security strategy beyond Identity Services' direct scope

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Required
  • 4+ years of hands-on IAM experience with deep expertise across Microsoft Active Directory including Group Policy, ADFS, LDAP, and AD-integrated DNS, Okta, and related IAM platforms
  • 3+ years in a people management or team lead role with direct responsibility for engineer development, performance management, and team delivery
