Summary

Jonathan Adler is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive profitable growth while preserving the integrity of Jonathan Adler's distinctive brand aesthetic.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and project management skills with hands-on expertise in paid media, customer acquisition, and e-commerce marketing. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams including E-commerce, Creative, CRM, Merchandising, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize media investments, and deliver measurable business results.

Reporting to the Director of E-commerce, this role is highly collaborative and requires a balance of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Customer Acquisition
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify opportunities across paid, owned, and earned channels to improve business performance.
  • Support acquisition, retention, and profitability goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Partner with E-commerce, CRM, Merchandising, and Creative teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging growth opportunities.

Performance Marketing & Media Management
  • Manage and optimize digital media investments across multiple performance marketing channels.
  • Execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, affiliate marketing, and other emerging platforms.
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance against key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, revenue, and profitability.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels while enhancing efficiency across existing programs.
  • Manage agency relationships and external media partners as needed.

Analytics, Attribution & Optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel metrics to identify actionable insights.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that communicate performance trends and recommendations.
  • Lead testing initiatives across creative, audiences, landing pages, offers, and channel mix.
  • Utilize first-party customer data to improve targeting, personalization, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with analytics and technology teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and measurement capabilities.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Creative teams to ensure performance marketing assets align with brand standards and conversion objectives.
  • Partner with E-commerce and CRM teams to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, including the use of AI and automation tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on performance marketing trends, platform updates, and growth opportunities.


Experience and Qualifications

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media, digital acquisition, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and attribution platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience developing reports and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer products, home furnishings, lifestyle, luxury, or design-focused brands.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM platforms, CDPs, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience supporting retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $100k-$120k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
