  • Lead the rollout of Netflix’s Localization vision globally, driving the adoption of innovative workflows and technology in dubbing, subtitling, accessibility, and marketing.

  • Represent global marketing localization needs and insights in operational and creative strategy discussions.

  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for Marketing Producers, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.

Team Management & Development

  • Hire, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.

  • Oversee team performance and development, maximizing each member’s contribution and potential.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create tailored development plans for Marketing Producers.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and best practice workshops to elevate team capabilities and drive consistency across projects, languages, and regions.

  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Advocacy

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Global Content Localization production teams, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure seamless localization workflows.

  • Advocate for global marketing localization needs, generating insights, business reviews, initiating programs, and influencing localization decisions across all regions.

  • Build strong partnerships with vendors, talent, and industry organizations across regions.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues raised by Marketing Producers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Represent the perspectives and expertise of Marketing Producers in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.

Operational & Financial Excellence

  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of localization workflows globally, ensuring creative, technical, and operational excellence.

  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to manage the global marketing localization budget and costs, monitor market trends across regions, and ensure compliance with local union/guild requirements in partnership with regional leaders.

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends across markets to inform strategy and maintain Netflix’s leadership in localization globally.
