  • Help produce and support major enterprise-wide leadership communications moments, including multi-day senior leadership meetings, global town halls, executive forums, and other high-visibility internal events.
  • Serve as a communications and content lead for large-scale leadership meetings, driving the content flow, agenda development, speaker strategy, messaging, presentation narrative, and follow-up communications.
  • Develop agendas, speaker briefs, executive prep materials, run-of-show inputs, key messages, leader talking points, scripts, Q&A, and post-event communications for major leadership and employee engagement forums.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and event leads to ensure leadership meetings and enterprise forums have a clear narrative arc, strong speaker preparation, well-developed content, and messaging that reinforces business priorities and leadership alignment.
  • Create executive-ready materials, including talking points, leader messages, presentations, scripts, Q&A documents, briefing materials, internal announcements, employee-facing narratives, and leader toolkits.
  • Apply AI and automation thoughtfully to improve communications operations, including content development workflows, message versioning, knowledge management, measurement, stakeholder coordination, and executive prep processes.
  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor who can anticipate needs, identify risks, simplify complexity, and help leaders communicate with clarity, credibility, and authenticity.
  • Manage multiple priorities at once, often across fast-moving initiatives, while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, discretion, and stakeholder experience.
  • Use data, feedback, and employee insights to evaluate communications effectiveness and continuously improve programs, channels, meetings, messaging, and leader engagement.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in executive communications, internal communications, corporate communications, employee communications, change communications, leadership communications, corporate event content production, or a related field.
  • Experience planning and driving enterprise-wide initiatives, transformation efforts, business priorities, or cross-functional programs with high visibility and business impact.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex business topics simple, compelling, and employee-relevant.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and preparing leaders for companywide forums, employee meetings, leadership engagements, global town halls, business updates, and organizational change moments.
  • Strong experience producing leadership communications programs and large corporate meetings, including agenda development, content flow, speaker preparation, presentation content, talking points, scripts, briefing materials, Q&A, run-of-show inputs, and follow-up communications.
  • Experience supporting large-scale leadership meetings, executive forums, or internal events, with the ability to connect event objectives, business priorities, audience needs, and executive messaging into a cohesive content strategy.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across functions and levels, connecting dots between leadership priorities, employee sentiment, business needs, and organizational context.
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong operational discipline; you can define the communications approach and also drive the work through to execution.
  • Comfort using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve quality, speed, consistency, and efficiency in communications workflows.
