Full Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Divisional Marketing is responsible for leading marketing strategy and performance for the Statewide Remodeling division, overseeing all demand generation channels except Face-to-Face (F2F) Marketing. This role partners with corporate and divisional channel leaders, as well as Sales, Call Center, and F2F Marketing teams, to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Sr. Manager is accountable for achieving lead volume, marketing cost, and ROI targets, while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring marketing initiatives support monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain & optimize omnichannel marketing approach while balancing total spend to achieve budgeted Marketing Cost (as a percentage of net sales) for the division
  • Monitor all campaign KPIs throughout the month to track performance and make adjustments or re-allocations where necessary
  • Oversee all campaign execution by channel and sub source for Affiliates, Branded Digital Partner (BDP), Media & Performance Marketing Channels
  • Collaborate with Home Base & local marketing teams to oversee all campaign execution
  • Work with Call Center Leadership to monitor all tracking accuracy and to achieve set rate and issue rate targets
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales and GM to ensure NSLI and net sales volume targets are achieved as a result of the lead volume generated
  • Establish promotional calendar with approval from GM
  • Oversee all creative for approval to ensure brand consistency and messaging
  • Maintain monthly marketing budget, forecast and spend files
  • Review Division invoices & accruals provided by Accounting Team to ensure accuracy of marketing expenses
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threads, while staying informed on industry trends


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, Master's degree a plus
  • At least six years of experience in direct-to-consumer lead generation or B2C marketing and strategic management of complex business models
  • Experience in Remodeling, Home Improvement or other in-home direct to consumer business models is preferred
  • Ability to provide a data-driven strategic perspective
  • Ability to manage a heavy project load in a fast-paced work environment
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker who can dive deep on the details, find ways to simplify, and communicate concise ideas effectively to stakeholders
  • Skills to analyze data & trends to identify areas of opportunity and take related actions to improve marketing KPIs
  • Experience presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership
  • Experience in team building including hiring and training quality & committed individuals
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are imperative as cross-departmental collaborations are key to success in this role
  • Ability to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth
  • Familiarity with analytics/reporting platforms such as Power BI
