As aSalesDirector,youll play a pivotal role indeveloping& growingcustomerrelationshipsand growing our Silicon IP business. In this full-time role, youll report directly to ourSr.Director of Silicon IP Sales. OurSilicon IP SalesTeamis dedicated tomeeting and exceeding theassignedbooking/revenuetargets, and your contributions will be instrumental.
Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for most office-based roles. Employees are encouraged to spend an average of at least three days per week onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Accountable to deliver Bookings, Revenue and Design Win goals
- Develop and execute business growth plansatkey strategic accounts
- Forecasting- long-termdemand and near-term revenue
- Responsible for assessing current opportunities, resources, and capabilities needed to meet or exceed sales plan
- Responsible for developing and executing innovative sales approaches to drive revenue and profitability growth
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base while increasing Rambusfocus on pursuing and investing in new high-value accounts
- Work with RambusSilicon IPBU marketing to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation
- Build processes to understand customer current/future requirements, detecting market trends among and align Rambusproduct development, manufacturing capabilities, and investment strategy
- Work closely with the Rambus Business Units to successfully introduce new products on critical launch calendars.
- Develop and build senior-level relationships internal and external to major accounts and targets
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in semiconductor Sales, customer engagement, or field marketing
- Practicalexperienceselling semiconductor IP, Foundry, ASIC are a must
- Experience withinterfacesub-systems, memorysub-systems, security IP and services
- Experience in detailed forecast and sales opportunity funnel
- Goal/ target oriented, proven track record in customer development as well as strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction
- Strong semiconductor industry network, with pre-existing executive relationship that will translate to improved traction for strategic engagements
- Strong project management and negotiating skills
- Familiar with salesforce.com and other sales tools
- Excellent presentation skills

TheUSsalary range for thisfull-timeposition is $147,600to $274,260.Our salary ranges aredeterminedby role,leveland location. The successful candidates starting pay will bedeterminedbased on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, worklocationand market conditions.
