Job Posting Description:

Reporting to the Director, Ecommerce Product Management, you will help drive our marketing technology (MarTech) strategy as part of the evolution of personalization. You will also manage the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of MarTech solutions. These solutions will enhance customer experiences, optimize digital properties, and support data-driven marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer expectations.

About the Role
  • Define and maintain the MarTech product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the business personalization and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer experience objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in MarTech.
  • Ensure the MarTech roadmap supports the integration of tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Target, and Pegasystems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product features or enhancements.
  • Work closely with Marketing, and Digital Experience teams to ensure MarTech solutions meet their needs.
  • Partner with Insights, Analytics, and data governance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Collaborate with Product development teams to ensure delivery of MarTech solutions, adhering to Agile methodologies.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Oversee the testing and deployment of MarTech solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of MarTech platforms, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to ensure end-users understand and can effectively use MarTech tools.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new MarTech solutions across the organization.


About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (Commerce), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product ownership, marketing technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech platforms and their integration with business processes.
  • Experience with MarTech platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze, and/or customer data platforms (CDPs) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
