Full Job Description
About the team and the role:

Global Marketing's Horizontal AI Enablement team helps accelerate responsible, effective AI adoption across the organization. The team collaborates with business, promotional activities, operational functions, and compliance groups. They transform AI opportunities into practical, scalable solutions. These solutions align with enterprise policies and business priorities. This team sits at the intersection of innovation, process, and operational excellence, supporting both experimentation and disciplined execution!

The Associate AI Enablement Manager supports the AI Enablement & Innovation Manager in advancing AI adoption, alignment, and operational delivery across Global Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structured program execution with strategic problem-solving. While the Manager retains ultimate accountability for high-stakes judgment and final programmatic decisions, the Associate operates as both an execution engine and a strategic partner-owning stakeholder alignment, managing end-to-end work-stream delivery, and driving necessary decisions. They will lead assigned workstreams independently and coordinate collaborators across functions. They will assist in managing AI intake and governance processes. They will explain complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

What you will accomplish:
  • Drive assigned AI enablement workstreams from intake through implementation, helping Global Marketing teams move ideas forward in a responsible, organized, and scalable way.
  • Improve the efficiency and consistency of AI intake, triage, and discovery processes by validating use cases, coordinating collaborator discussions, and supporting early risk routing and governance readiness.
  • Maintain transparency into roadmap progress, dependencies, and blockers, proactively chasing stale updates and resolving operational blockers impacting the HAE (Horizontal AI Enablement team) progress and delivery efforts.
  • Strengthen operational excellence by keeping AI documentation, team artifacts, and the central registry of AI agents and tools accurate, current, and easy for partners to use.
  • Translate enterprise AI policies, technical guidance, and emerging market developments into clear communications, practical documentation, and simple low-code or no-code solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Build strong alignment across Global Marketing and cross-functional partners, including governance, CRM, Brand, Product Marketing, MarTech, and operations teams, to support informed decisions and shared progress on active AI initiatives.

What you will bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI enablement, AI adoption, marketing operations, digital transformation, program management, or a related field, including experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.
  • A solid understanding of the AI landscape, including tools, trends, and common business use cases, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts in a fast-evolving environment.
  • The ability to translate technical or policy-heavy material into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences; experience with coding, low-code/no-code tools, automation, or AI agent-building is a strong plus!
  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience tracking dependencies, maintaining accurate documentation, assembling detailed materials, and keeping programs moving forward.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing updates, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and partnering effectively across marketing, operations, and governance teams.
  • A proactive, resourceful working style with the ability to manage day-to-day priorities independently; preferred location is Toronto, Canada, with regular collaboration across Toronto and U.S. stakeholders and limited Europe overlap.
