Job Purpose:

Lead the intersection of Digital Experience, MarTech, Customer Data, and Demand Generation for LP's B2B2C growth strategy.

The Sr. Manager, Digital Experience & Technologies is responsible for advancing LP's digital ecosystem, customer journey capabilities, marketing technology platforms, customer data activation, and demand generation programs that drive engagement, conversion, loyalty, and revenue growth across homeowner, contractor, dealer, distributor, builder, and internal audiences.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Performance & Digital Operations/Experience, this role serves as the primary business owner for digital experience optimization, customer journey orchestration, marketing technology platforms, customer data activation, lead management processes, and performance measurement. The position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Experience, Product Management, and strategic agency partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This leader will drive digital transformation initiatives that improve customer engagement, accelerate sales cycles, strengthen channel activation, increase operational efficiency, and support LP's long-term growth objectives.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead the design, optimization, and measurement of digital experiences that guide customers through awareness, consideration, evaluation, and conversion.
  • Own end-to-end customer journey mapping and orchestration across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Identify friction points and opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of self-guided digital experiences.
  • Apply UI/UX design principles, user research, workflows, and information architecture to improve usability, navigation, findability, and task completion across digital experiences.
  • Drive digital experience enhancements across websites, landing pages, content experiences, and conversion pathways.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to align digital experiences with customer needs and business objectives.


Lead the evolution of LP's marketing technology ecosystem and customer data strategy to support personalization, automation, measurement, and business growth.
  • Own the MarTech roadmap and platform strategy.
  • Partner with IT and strategic agency partners to align platform investments and integrations.
  • Manage CRM, customer data, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and analytics capabilities.
  • Establish governance, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Design and manage marketing taxonomies and metadata standards across media, campaigns, content, asset libraries, reusable components, product catalogs, and related structures to improve governance, reporting, reuse, and personalization.
  • Partner with IT, Legal, Privacy, Security, and business stakeholders to establish governance for data privacy, security, access, compliance, and responsible use of customer and marketing data.
  • Deliver actionable insights that improve customer engagement and business performance.


Develop scalable demand generation programs that create qualified opportunities and accelerate customer progression through the buying journey.
  • Develop and optimize B2B2C demand generation strategies supporting channel partners while driving homeowner demand.
  • Lead generation, nurturing, scoring, qualification, and conversion initiatives.
  • Design automated customer journeys across email, SMS, web, and emerging channels.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies utilizing customer and behavioral data.
  • Champion practical AI adoption for content development, personalization, segmentation, workflow automation, and customer journey orchestration.
  • Improve marketing contribution to pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes.


Drive operational effectiveness through governance, process optimization, roadmap management, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives.
  • Establish digital operating rhythms and performance reviews.
  • Manage roadmap priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Define digital governance models covering taxonomy standards, data stewardship, privacy and security practices, content and asset ownership, platform access, and scalable adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
  • Coordinate planning and execution across Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Experience, Product Management, and strategic agency partners.
  • Develop scalable processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and business outcomes.

  • Quarterly Digital Experience & Technology Roadmap aligned to business objectives, customer journey priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Marketing technology roadmap including CRM, marketing automation, customer data, analytics, personalization, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monthly performance dashboard and reporting cadence covering engagement, funnel progression, lead quality, conversion, attribution, and revenue contribution.
  • Customer journey maps and Value Stream Maps for priority homeowner, channel, and internal experiences.
  • Lead management framework including lead scoring, qualification, routing, nurturing, and lifecycle marketing processes.
  • Digital experience optimization recommendations focused on engagement, usability, personalization, conversion, and sales enablement.
  • Audience segmentation and activation strategies leveraging CRM, CDP, DMP, behavioral, and engagement data.
  • Taxonomy, metadata, and governance frameworks for media, campaigns, content, asset libraries, reusable components, product catalogs, customer data, and customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Governance and operating rhythms that align Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Experience, Product Management, and strategic agency partners around shared business outcomes.
  • Recommendations and implementation plans for AI-enabled customer engagement, self-guided onboarding, interactive product experiences, and digital lead capture capabilities.


What do I need to be successful?:

Required Experience:
  • Experience supporting both B2B and B2C customer journeys, preferably within a B2B2C business model.
  • Experience managing CRM, marketing automation, customer data, and digital experience platforms.
  • Experience designing or managing taxonomies, metadata standards, content structures, asset libraries, campaign naming conventions, product catalog frameworks, or digital governance practices.
  • Experience designing and optimizing lead generation, nurturing, scoring, qualification, and conversion programs.
  • Working knowledge of UI/UX practices including user research, workflow design, information architecture, usability optimization, and digital content organization.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience applying AI-enabled capabilities to marketing use cases such as content development, personalization, segmentation, workflow automation, or journey orchestration.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Experience, and external partners.
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, access controls, compliance considerations, and governance practices related to customer data, marketing platforms, and digital experiences.
