Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Job Summary and Purpose:
Ceva North America is seeking a commercially minded, action-oriented Customer Strategy & Growth Manager to help accelerate retail growth by enabling new distribution, strengthening customer partnerships, and improving the quality of revenue across priority channels. We are looking for a resourceful, financially disciplined commercial leader who can translate brand and consumer strategies into compelling category and customer opportunities, work seamlessly across Sales and Marketing, challenge unnecessary spend, and build scalable ways of working that help Sales win and grow the business.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
• Drive New Distribution, Customer Development & Launch Readiness - Partner with Sales and the GM to support priority expansion opportunities. Build category review presentations, customer selling stories, assortment recommendations, competitive context, and supporting materials that help win new listings and expand distribution. Once business is awarded, lead the cross-functional customer setup and launch-readiness process in partnership with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams, including item setup, customer requirements, logistics, order-to-cash processes, pricing/terms, forecasting inputs, content readiness, and other operational needs required for a successful launch.
• Drive JBP Growth & Customer Economics - Partner with Sales teams on Joint Business Planning to identify high-value growth vehicles and improve the return on customer investment. Help evaluate and negotiate trade funding, terms, promotional support, logistics costs, and other commercial requirements, challenging low-value or unnecessary spend.
• Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning - Develop and manage a disciplined sales forecasting process in partnership with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing. Integrate customer consumption trends, inventory levels, promotional plans, new distribution, seasonality, and other demand drivers to improve forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure inventory is aligned with expected customer demand.
• Lead Customer & Shopper Activation - Develop customer-specific activation programs across brick-and-mortar and digital commerce that support sell-through, trial, and repeat purchase. Coordinate with Brand Marketing and Digital Commerce to bring the right content, promotion, retail media, and shopper support to priority customer opportunities.
• Build Repeatable Sales Operations & Growth Models - Create practical, repeatable ways of working that help Sales launch and scale brands across customers, including customer requirements, assortment and promotional planning, item setup coordination, sales tools, commercialization checklists, and cross-functional handoffs with Supply Chain/Logistics and other partners.
