What Drives SuccessManages the activities in the credit and collections department. Responsible for maintaining, supervising, and recommending credit and collection policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:- Oversees investigation of credit risk in customers and suppliers.
- Monitors the collection of amounts due to the organization.
- Oversees the investigation of new customers, extending credit lines, and granting credit.
- Designs and implements processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
- Directs a section or group of credit analysts and/or collections personnel.
What We Are Looking ForWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 10 years related experience.
- Requires at least 3 years experience as a manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software systems. Strong analytical, numeracy and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Ability to lead and direct others
What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$115,000 - $151,200 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
