Full Job Description
As a leader in the Total Rewards team, this role participates in the strategy, design, and governance of compensation programs for retail shops, field leaders and corporate positions. Supports the administration of compensation programs designed for all employees, oversee job architecture, job evaluation, and benchmarking of all roles, and support the compensation cycle. This role also provides analytical support for the Company's executive compensation program, including preparation of materials and analyses for the Compensation, Nomination, and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors ("CNG"), ad support for the design and operation of the long-term incentive plan. The person in this role must be a subject matter expert within the organization related to Krispy Kreme's compensation programs and functions as a partner to HR and Operations in by providing compensation expertise to organizational design work, special projects, and other initiatives.
A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
37Provides consultation, training, and support to Human Resources team members and business leadership as appropriate, in the application of compensation management principles, guidelines, procedures, and best practices. 37Leads all major strategic broad-based compensation initiatives, including job architecture implementation and maintenance, compensation structures, incentive program design and implementation, business process development, pay equity and the annual compensation planning process. 37Leads the design and implementation of business processes to support compensation programs and partnerships with other teams globally including job evaluations, job architecture, communications, incentive plan design and administration, pay equity reviews, compensation structure reviews, compensation training and resource offerings, and strategic initiatives. 37Supports the Vice President Total Rewards in long-term incentive plan operation and executive compensation processes including creation of CNG materials, proxy statement, and supporting communication of awards.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:
37Bachelor's degree in related field 37Minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. 37 Experience assembling Board and Compensation Committee materials and analyses37Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community 37Ability to work effectively in a team environment 37Ability to transform data into concise stories for effective decision-making 37Ability to plan, coordinate, and administer complex administrative systems and processes 37Knowledge of federal and state wage and salary laws and regulations 37Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices
