About You:

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to inform and execute business strategies.
  • Deliver clear, persuasive, and executive-ready analytics insights to senior management, shaping strategic decisions across products, operations, and customer experience.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into concise narratives, recommendations, and presentation materials for senior leader review.
  • Leverage analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python, and R to analyse large volumes of structured and unstructured data for reporting, analysis, monitoring, and opportunity identification.
  • Partner with Marketing, Risk, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize models, workflows, and processes to maximize growth, profitability, conversion, and customer outcomes.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to guide goal setting, forecasting, and performance management, and to pinpoint trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead process analytics efforts to understand how internal workflows impact business performance and customer experience, and diagnose opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and service quality.
  • Identify, evaluate, and help drive AI adoption opportunities across analytics and business processes, including practical use cases that improve team effectiveness, insight generation, and decision-making.


Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience working with complex business and product analytics
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience leading and managing large projects and teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, SQL, Word, and PowerPoint
  • High proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and a scripting language (Python/R)
  • Strong analytical skills, including expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning

  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical work into executive-ready narratives and presentations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-functionally and presenting complex information in an accessible manner
  • Experience in Fintech is a plus

Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000

Final compensation is determined by market conditions, location, and the candidate's experience, skills, and education. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive programs and total compensation may include variable incentives, such as bonuses and commissions.
