About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused leader to own and drive the operational engine behind our learning portfolio.
This is not a passive project coordination role. This role exists to ensure things get done. You will run our content execution process, manage Product Launch Readiness (PLR), maintain our enablement content library, and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to deadlines. You will partner closely with content developers (who build the content) and leadership (who set strategy) — your job is to drive execution and completion. If you are someone who thrives on clarity, timelines, follow-through, and accountability — and you’re comfortable chasing down inputs from busy stakeholders — this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Own and execute the end-to-end learning portfolio strategy, including project timelines, delivery plans, and stakeholder alignment
Lead the Product Launch Readiness (PLR) program, maintaining visibility into launches and GTM priorities
Manage the content library, ensuring accuracy, version control, and alignment with current positioning
Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders and ensure execution momentum
Implement and improve operational processes to create scalable execution systems
Oversee quality assurance, SME review cycles, and final content deployment
Provide regular status updates and risk management to leadership
What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or enablement operations
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Demonstrated ability to drive timelines and maintain accountability
Exceptional organizational and operational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong follow-through and professional persistence
Bonus Points:
Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Learning & Development
Background in product launch readiness or GTM execution
Proficiency with content management systems (Highspot) and learning platforms (Docebo)
Direct sales or field experience
Content development and writing skills
