The Sr ITFM Business Analyst supports QVC, and helps drive IT financial management through improved tools, reporting, processes, and governance across the business. This role partners with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen financial tracking, operational oversight, and vendor management for QVC's technology environment.
Where You'll WorkThis role is
hybrid and will require you to be onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do- Support IT financial management processes for QVC, including spend tracking, invoice validation, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights related to budgets, KPIs, operational performance, and vendor activity.
- Maintain internal tools, workflows, and reporting processes that support the IT Financial Management organization.
- Help ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, process consistency, and operational efficiency across ITFM activities.
- Support the financial and operational management of strategic IT vendors, including contract-related workflows, deliverable tracking, and ongoing performance alignment.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to support governance, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve visibility in decision-making.
What You'll Bring- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, IT financial management, financial operations, reporting, process improvement, or vendor support.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with reporting, reconciliations, spend analysis, and data review.
- Experience supporting internal tools, reporting processes, and operational workflows in a corporate or technology environment.
- Familiarity with vendor governance, contract-related processes, and supplier management support.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- The ability to explain complex financial, operational, and process information.
